If you connected Facebook to Clinic Robo

Clinic staff connect their clinic's Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts to Clinic Robo with Facebook Login. To remove that connection and the data we hold about you:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find CosmiqueCrm and choose Remove.

Meta then notifies us automatically. We delete the access tokens you granted and the record of your Facebook user ID, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code with a link to check the status of your request.

If you contacted a clinic that uses Clinic Robo

If you messaged or submitted a form to a clinic through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, the clinic holds your enquiry and uses Clinic Robo to manage it. To have your data deleted (name, phone number, email address, messages, form answers and notes):

Email info@clinicrobo.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email address you used. You can also ask the clinic directly on the channel you used.

Timing

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when done. If the law requires a record to be kept (for example medical or financial records a clinic must retain), we will tell you what was kept and why.
