Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These terms govern use of Clinic Robo ("the Service"), a product operated by Cosmique Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic Co. LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you may accept them for that clinic.
2. The Service
Clinic Robo is a CRM for clinics. It receives enquiries from Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and other sources; lets staff and AI reply to them; assigns them to staff; runs follow-up messages; and tracks appointments and outcomes.
3. Clinic responsibilities
- Have a lawful basis, and consent where required, to message the people in your inbox, and honour opt-outs promptly.
- Follow Meta's Platform Terms and policies, the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, and Messenger and Instagram messaging-window rules.
- Only connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you are authorised to manage.
- Review automated replies and keep them accurate; medical advice must come from qualified staff.
- Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, unlawful discrimination, surveillance, or to sell or transfer data received from Meta.
5. Data
The clinic controls its patients' data; we process it on the clinic's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party platforms
Integrations with Meta, WhatsApp and other platforms are subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and documentation belong to Cosmique Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic Co. LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for delivery failures caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. Data after termination is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
